Belt Measuring Unit

Belt Measuring Units provide dual sided belt contact for up to 4" diameter product. Belt pressure is distributed evenly over an extended contact distance. 

The use of pre-tensioned steel reinforced timing belts ensures long life with little wear. Consistent measuring is thus maintained with little recalibration required. 

Changeover of belts is quick and easy without the use of tools.

Wheel Measuring Unit

Wheel Measuring Units consist of dual large and small urethane coated wheels, which maintain a longer life cycle than belts. 

Different wheel sizes are available to suit various product size ranges. Entry and exit vertical and horizontal rollers maintain product alignment.

Any measuring unit requires periodic recalibration to maintain its measuring accuracy.
